Separate service / AI

AI implementation for companies in Japan and abroad, starting with a diagnosis.

We look at how your team works, choose the task where AI is worth using, and build it in your own environment, with a person approving what goes out. You work with us in English. Anything facing the Japanese market is handled in Japanese.

What does AI implementation support include?

  • Diagnosis: we map the workflow, list the candidate tasks and say which ones should not be automated.
  • Build: one working tool for one task, set up in your own cloud and AI accounts.
  • Adoption: the people who will use it learn it on their real work, and one person in your team owns it.
  • After launch: what we keep looking after is agreed in writing before we start.

You can stop after the diagnosis.

Which task should we automate first?

Start with a frequent task that follows clear rules, uses information you already hold, and lets a person check the result before it goes out.

TaskWhy it can come firstWhat to watch
Replying to customer enquiriesFrequent, and easy to compare with past repliesAI drafts. A person sends.
Drafting quotes and proposalsSaves time for sales staffPrices appear, so approval must be strict.
Searching internal documentsStaff find answers in their own documentsAccess rights: nobody should see what they are not allowed to see.
Reports and meeting notesAlmost every team has themThe tool must not write what nobody said.
Job adverts and replies to applicantsMuch of the wording is routineWe never use AI to select candidates.

These patterns are designed. We build each one when an engagement calls for it, using your own data.

How do you stop AI from giving customers wrong answers?

No tool can promise zero errors, so the tools we build follow three rules.

  • Show the source: every answer says where it came from.
  • A person approves: nothing goes out without a human check.
  • No source, no answer: if the information is missing, the tool does not make it up.

That is why a chatbot answering customers with no person involved is not where we start.

Where does the system run, and who owns it?

In your environment and under your name. The cloud contract, the AI API contract and the keys are yours. We do not operate it as a hosted service on our own servers, and we do not keep your customer data on our own systems.

FAQ

Questions about AI implementation

QWhat about GDPR and the EU AI Act?
We keep them in view from the diagnosis onwards, but the responsibility stays with you. We are not a law firm, and the decisions are for you and your own advisers. During the diagnosis we point out what to check, such as how to tell people they are dealing with AI and which personal data goes to which provider.
QWhat have you done so far?
In the first conversation we tell you plainly what we have and have not yet done for companies like yours. If we show you a demo, we say which parts use AI and which do not. In Japan, we currently advise an industrial cooperative on planning AI training. We also run our own office this way: AI drafts, a person approves, and a record is kept.
QDo you work with AI companies in Europe?
We are open to it. If you build or sell AI and want a route into Japan, our market entry and sales representation work is the direct fit. If you have clients with operations in Japan, or a European client of ours needs someone local, we would like to know you. Write to us.
QWhat does it cost?
Scope and cost are set after the first consultation, which is free and can be held online.
